Cookie Policy
Last updated: 4 June 2026
Cookies are small files a site stores on your device. We use them sparingly and keep you in control. Anything beyond what the site strictly needs to work loads only after you give consent.
How we use cookies
We group cookies and similar technologies into three categories. Strictly necessary cookies are always active because the site cannot work without them. Analytics and marketing cookies are off by default and load only after you accept them in our consent banner.
Strictly necessary
These keep the site secure and functional — for example, anti-spam protection on our contact form (Cloudflare Turnstile) and remembering your cookie choice itself. They do not track you for advertising and cannot be switched off, as the site would not work properly without them.
Analytics
These help us understand how the site is used — which pages are popular and where people run into friction — so we can improve it. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-friendly and cookieless, and Google Analytics 4. Analytics load only after you consent.
Marketing (advertising)
These let us measure the performance of our advertising and show relevant ads. They are set by advertising pixels from Meta, Google and TikTok. They load only after you accept marketing cookies, and never before.
Consent comes first
When you first visit, non-essential cookies stay dormant. Nothing in the analytics or marketing categories runs until you choose Accept in the banner. If you choose Decline, or simply ignore the banner, only strictly necessary cookies are used.
Changing your choices
You can change your mind at any time. Use the consent banner to update your preference, and you can also clear cookies and site data through your browser settings to reset your choice. For how this fits into our wider handling of personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
